Session 4 of the DeKalb Community Climate Champions will focus on the regulatory framework within which the DeKalb Clean Energy Transportation Transition Plan must work.
The Public Service Commission regulates the monopoly utility and has a system for public input. Citizen activists are encouraged to attend to understand how they may influence the PSC board members and staff. Clean energy industry members will be able to provide input on the plan and recommendations for county actions toward a clean energy future.
