Good Life Family Health Fest

An event for the whole family, hosted by Veggie & Soul, Healthy Life Albany and SOWEGA Rising, the healthfest will promote lifestyle medicine by empowering you to learn about what you can do to take charge of your own health. We will bring together medical providers, plant-based food trucks, wellness educators and more. There will be music, fun and games, with treats for the entire family.
