The Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business invite you to the next talk in the Scheller Lunchtime Live and Business, Environment, and Society Speaker Series. In this session, Dr. Tiffany Johnson, Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior, will present “Work, Racial Equity, and Wellness.”
In order to have a more equitable workplace, what if we begin to think about how to foster wellbeing in the workplace? How can people be sustained? Also, what does it mean when the history of work culture in the U.S. means that work and wellness are at a deeper disparity for people of color and women? Johnson’s talk will offer insights from a historical perspective: How did we get to this point—and what can we do from here to enact positive change?
