SACE’s fourth annual “Tracking Decarbonization in the Southeast“ report highlights obstacles to getting utilities on track, including:
• Increasing reliance on fossil gas,
• Underutilizing energy efficiency, and
• Placing limitations on popular technologies such as rooftop solar.
